Our Attorneys
Bryan F. Aylstock
Mr. Aylstock earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of North Florida in 1992 (magna cum laude), and graduated number one in his law school section at the University of Florida in May, 1995.
Justin G. Witkin
Mr. Witkin received his B.S. in finance from Florida State University in 1992, and graduated with high honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1995.
Douglass A. Kreis
Mr. Kreis received his B.A. from Mercer University in Political Science attending under a four year academic/athletic scholarship and received a juris doctorate from Cumberland School of Law.
Neil D. Overholtz
Mr. Overholtz specializes in pharmaceutical litigation, and has successfully handled thousands of fen-phen diet drug cases. In 2001, Mr. Overholtz was a member of the successful trial team whose work resulted in a $43 Million jury verdict against the manufacturer of the diabetes drug, Rezulin, in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Bobby J (Brad) Bradford
Brad Bradford, AWKO's newest partner, heads up AWKO's Personal Injury and Automobile Negligence departments, and specializes in serious injury cases. Brad and has been an accomplished lawyer since 1999 and was previously a partner at Green & Bradford.
R. Jason Richards
Mr. Richards, a partner with the firm, focuses his practice on insurance, pharmaceutical/ products liability and class action litigation. He holds two baccalaureate degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, a master’s degree from the University of Colorado, a law degree from the John Marshall Law School, and a master of laws degree in health law from DePaul University College of Law.
Nathan Bess was a Wilkins Scholar at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He received his law degree from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida, where he also completed a certificate in Environmental and Land Use Law.
Daniel Thornburgh
Daniel Thornburgh earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of West Florida where he studied Legal Administration. After undergraduate studies, Mr. Thornburgh worked as a mass tort paralegal and law clerk for the firm.
D. Renée Baggett
D. Renée Baggett is an Associate with the law firm of Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz, PLLC. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of West Florida and her law degree from Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans in 2006.
