Our Attorneys
Bryan F. Aylstock
Mr. Aylstock earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of North Florida in 1992 (magna cum laude), and graduated number one in his law school section at the University of Florida in May, 1995.
Justin G. Witkin
Mr. Witkin received his B.S. in finance from Florida State University in 1992, and graduated with high honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1995.
Douglass A. Kreis
Mr. Kreis received his B.A. from Mercer University in Political Science in 1992 attending under a four year academic/athletic scholarship and received a juris doctorate from Cumberland School of Law in 1997.
Neil D. Overholtz
Mr. Overholtz specializes in pharmaceutical litigation, and has successfully handled thousands of fen-phen diet drug cases. In 2001, Mr. Overholtz was a member of the successful trial team whose work resulted in a $43 Million jury verdict against the manufacturer of the diabetes drug, Rezulin, in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Joshua A. Jones
Joshua A. Jones earned his Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Montevallo in Montevallo, Alabama where he was honored with a Dean of Fine Arts Scholarship and a music scholarship in saxophone. He graduated cum laude and as the Senior Elite in music education and went on to earn both a Juris Doctor and Master of Education Law at Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire.
Russell H. Rein
Mr. Rein, after completing his primary and secondary education in Escambia County, Fla., public schools, received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 1973. He received a Juris Doctorate degree from the Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, N.J., in 2003.
R. Jason Richards
Mr. Richards holds a B.A. degree in political science and a B.A. degree in economics, both from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, a M.A. in history from the University of Colorado, a J.D. from the John Marshall Law School, and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in health law from DePaul University College of Law.
