Our Attorneys
Bryan F. Aylstock
Mr. Aylstock earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of North Florida in 1992 (magna cum laude), and graduated number one in his law school section at the University of Florida in May, 1995. After completing law school, he was accepted as an Honors Intern at the United States Department of Justice.

Mr. Witkin received his B.S. in finance from Florida State University in 1992, and graduated with high honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1995. Mr. Witkin received American Jurisprudence Awards in Torts, Income Tax, Antitrust and Social Science, and was installed as a member of the Order of the Coif.
Douglass A. Kreis
Mr. Kreis received his B.A. from Mercer University in Political Science attending under a four year academic/athletic scholarship and received a juris doctorate from Cumberland School of Law. Mr. Kreis practices exclusively within the areas of pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer class actions litigation.
Neil D. Overholtz
Mr. Overholtz specializes in pharmaceutical litigation, and has successfully handled thousands of defective drug and medical device cases, including fen-phen, Rezulin, Baycol, Bextra/Celebrex, Vioxx, Medtronic Defibrillators, and Guidant Defibrillators.
R. Jason Richards
Mr. Richards, a partner with the firm, focuses his practice on insurance, pharmaceutical/ products liability and class action litigation. He holds two baccalaureate degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, a master’s degree from the University of Colorado, a law degree from the John Marshall Law School, and a master of laws degree in health law from DePaul University College of Law.
Bobby J (Brad) Bradford
Brad Bradford, AWKO's newest partner, heads up AWKO's Personal Injury and Automobile Negligence departments, and specializes in serious injury cases. Brad and has been an accomplished lawyer since 1999 and was previously a partner at Green & Bradford.
Stephen H. Echsner
Stephen H. Echsner is a partner with the firm and practices personal injury and wrongful death cases. He received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Marquette University in 1977, and his law degree from Saint Louis University in 1980.
D. Renée Baggett
D. Renée Baggett is an Associate with the law firm of Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz, PLLC. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of West Florida and her law degree from Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans in 2006.
Daniel Thornburgh
Daniel Thornburgh earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of West Florida where he studied Legal Administration. After undergraduate studies, Mr. Thornburgh worked as a mass tort paralegal and law clerk for the firm.
Nathan Bess
Nathan Bess was a Wilkins Scholar at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He received his law degree from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida, where he also completed a certificate in Environmental and Land Use Law.
E. Samuel Geisler
E. Samuel "Sam" Geisler earned a Juris Doctorate from the Saint Louis University School of Law where he participated on the Trial Advocacy Competition Team and served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal.
James D. Barger
James D. Barger is an associate lawyer at Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz, PLLC, in Pensacola, Florida, and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Angel N. Stull
Angel N. Stull is native to the Florida Panhandle. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University, graduating magna cum laude. Mrs. Stull was a recognized as a Florida Scholar and remained on the National Dean’s List through matriculation.
