Christopher Pollack

Christopher “Chris” Pollack joined the firm in January 2026 as a member of AWKO’s consumer class action practice. Mr. Pollack brings valuable experience advocating for consumers in class action litigation, with a particular focus on matters involving data privacy and cybersecurity issues.
Born and raised in Florida, Mr. Pollack studied finance at the University of Central Florida before earning his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. While in law school, he worked on the Civil Rights Litigation Clearinghouse and earned Certificates of Merit in both Evidence and Jurisdiction & Choice of Law.
Upon graduating, Mr. Pollack spent the first several years of his career as a judicial clerk, first with the Honorable Jeffrey J. Helmick in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, then with the Honorable Robin S. Rosenbaum in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Prior to joining AWKO, Mr. Pollack worked for law firms in D.C. and Michigan, representing businesses across the country and gaining experience that he now uses to advocate for consumers in class action litigation.
