Hannah Pfeifler

Attorney

Hannah Pfeifler joined the firm as an associate in 2020 following her clerkship with Judge David Proctor in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor (J.D.), magna cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, Ms. Pfeifler served as Editor-in-Chief of the FSU Law Review and completed externships with Judge Brucie Hendricks in the District of South Carolina and Judge Mark Walker in the Northern District of Florida.

Ms. Pfeifler’s practice focuses on nationwide complex and multidistrict litigation. She was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the Paragard IUD Products Liability Litigation as well as the GLP-1 RAS Products Liability Litigation. In each litigation, she primarily concentrates on expert development and regulatory matters, including preemption defenses in defective design and failure-to-warn claims. Ms. Pfeifler also works closely with lead attorneys to develop and refine trial strategy, contributing to case preparation from early discovery through trial.
