Jonathan F. Aylstock

Attorney

Jonathan Aylstock brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial innovation and legal excellence to the practice of mass tort litigation.

A graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law (J.D., 2024), where he graduated cum laude with a 3.49 GPA, Jonathan demonstrated exceptional academic achievement, including making top marks in his Civil Procedure (both Florida and Federal), Evidence, eDiscovery, Secured Transactions, Bankruptcy, and Law Firm Management courses. Additionally, his impressive bar examination performance—scoring 317 on the Uniform Bar Examination and achieving top percentile results on the Multistate Bar Examination—reflects his thorough efforts to understand the law and dedication to excellence.

Jonathan’s background sets him apart in the legal field. He previously served as a Federal Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, where he gained invaluable insight into complex federal litigation. Before pursuing law, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Florida State University’s Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship, graduating magna cum laude. During this time, he co-founded Homestead Digital, a technology platform that achieved member status at FSU’s business incubator. This experience, combined with his certification in eDiscovery, enables him to approach complex mass tort cases with innovative strategies and a deep understanding of emerging technologies.

Throughout his legal education, Jonathan has consistently demonstrated leadership and academic excellence by repeatedly earning Dean’s List honors, receiving the Relativity Fest Scholarship, speaking as one of the few guest lecturers in his Entrepreneurial Law course, and achieving the highest performance of 40 students competing in a complex business simulation.

When not advocating for clients, Jonathan maintains an active lifestyle through competitive running, pickleball, motorcycling, aviation, and traveling internationally. His diverse interests and experiences contribute to his creative problem-solving approach and ability to connect with clients from all walks of life.

Jonathan is admitted to practice law in Florida, Missouri, and Minnesota and is dedicated to securing justice and compensation for individuals and families harmed by defective products, dangerous drugs, and corporate wrongdoing.
