Malorie Gage

Attorney

Malorie Gage serves as an attorney representing clients in complex litigation matters. She joined the firm as a law clerk in 2025 and transitioned to her current role following her admission to the bar. Before beginning her legal career, Malorie spent over a decade working in the medical field, an experience that gives her valuable perspective in cases involving medical issues, technical records, and expert-driven disputes. Her current work includes pharmaceutical and product liability matters involving Ocaliva, Dupixent, and insulin, mass tort litigation including NEC, and cases involving consumer products and emerging technologies, including Chromebook and artificial intelligence.

Malorie graduated from Syracuse University College of Law in 2025, where she was a member of the Trial Team and Deposition Team and served as president of a student-led organization. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in British Literature. Her academic and advocacy experience helped build the strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills she now brings to her practice.

When she is not working, Malorie enjoys mountain biking, hiking, CrossFit, and spending time with her husband and two young children. Malorie is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
