Matthew Marcin joined the firm in 2026, prior to joining Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz, Matthew worked on a wide range of complex mass-tort litigations, including Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 2973), Insulin Pricing Litigation (MDL No. 3080), Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 Receptor Agonists (GLP-1 RAs) Products Liability Litigation (Ozempic) (MDL No. 3094), and Tepezza Marketing, Sales Practices, and Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 3079).

Matthew’s current practice focuses on Video Game Addiction, Gambling App Addiction, and Insulin Pricing litigation. In recognition of his work, he has received several honors, including being named an Inweekly Rising Star in 2025 and a National Trial Lawyers – Civil Plaintiff – Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyer in the State of Florida in 2025.

Committed to serving his community, Matthew is a member of the Rally Foundation Gulf Coast Leadership Board, where he supports efforts to advance pediatric cancer research funding and provide assistance to families affected by pediatric oncology diagnoses.

Matthew Marcin received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Michigan and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Outside of his legal practice, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, going on walks with his family, training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and cheering on the Michigan Wolverines.
