Reagan Charleston Thomas is a dedicated advocate for justice, representing plaintiffs in complex multidistrict litigation and high-stakes personal injury cases at Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz. Since joining the firm in 2022, Reagan has leveraged her deep legal expertise and passion for helping others to serve clients nationwide, particularly in cases involving product liability, sexual abuse, and emerging areas such as social media addiction litigation.

Reagan is admitted to the Louisiana State Bar and the Eastern District of Louisiana. She earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she was a member of the Loyola Law Review, Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, and was recognized as a William S. Crowe Scholar. Her legal scholarship has been published and cited by the judiciary, reflecting her commitment to advancing legal thought and advocacy.

Leadership & Community Involvement

For over a decade, Reagan has served on the Board of Sideline Pass, a nonprofit dedicated to providing mentorship and scholarships to young women in need throughout the Greater New Orleans area. She is also a member of the Advisory Board for the National Crime Victims Bar Association and is the 2025 Chair for the National Center for Victims of Crime, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to supporting victims and strengthening communities. In recognition of her leadership and impact, Reagan was included on the 2025 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation list.

In 2024, Reagan was appointed to the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee for the JCCP 5255 Social Media Addiction Litigation, where she co-leads the Third Party Discovery Squad for both the JCCP and the MDL, underscoring her leadership in cutting-edge litigation.
