Father Francis Roscetti was publicly named as an accused on the Wheeling-Charleston diocese’s list in late 2018 after an allegation was received on 5/7/2015 of abuse occurring between 1967-1972 (when he was serving in the Diocese of Richmond).
He was also added to the Baltimore Archdiocese’s list on 4/24/2019. Additionally, he was accused in 2013 of abuse during the mid-1980s. He was assigned to St. Ambrose in Cresaptown from 1978-1988. Father Roscetti passed away in 1991.
