In 2002, Father George Loskarn was accused of sexually abusing a teenage boy during the late 1960s while on an out-of-state trip, which he later admitted to. He was subsequently placed on leave. This occurred during Father Loskarn’s first assignment after being ordained. His name was included on the Baltimore archdiocese’s list of accused in September 2002. Father Loskarn passed away in 2014.
