Father Joseph Hill served in various locations including NY, China, AL, MD, and PA. He was publicly named as an accused in the 4/5/2023 MD Attorney General’s Report.
In 2003, he was accused of sexually abusing a girl who was 16 or 17 years old at the time, during his assignment at Our Lady of Lourdes in Baltimore from 1964 to 1971. Tragically, Hill’s victim died by suicide in 2002.
