Father Regis Larkin was First named publicly as accused by the Baltimore archdiocese on its list 4/16/2019. The archdiocese received an allegation in 1992 of abuse by Father Regis Larkin in the late 1970s to early 1980s, when he was pastor at St. Patrick’s in Cumberland.
Another allegation was received in 2002 of abuse in the mid-1950s at Larkin’s first assignment, St. Michael’s in Frostburg. Worked in archdiocesan parishes 1945-1980. Died 6/23/1981.
