Maury Goldstein

Maury Goldstein joined AWKO as an associate in 2020, having previously worked for the firm since 2016. Maury graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2020, completing law school early while working for AWKO.
Maury’s primary focus of practice includes pharmaceutical, device, and complex mass tort litigation. Maury was a pertinent trial team member in the discovery process and bellwether trials regarding the 3M CAEv2 litigation. During this litigation, Maury fought tirelessly against the corporate giant 3M who knowingly sold defective earplugs to the military which resulted in the largest MDL in history. Maury participated on trial teams that resulted in verdicts exceeding $180mm during the bellwether trials.
Maury was involved in the firm’s efforts in the Xarelto MDL, which resulted in a $775 Million settlement. Maury was a member of Xarelto trial teams, including the final bellwether trial in Pennsylvania state court. Maury Also participated in the depositions of multiple key witnesses in the Xarelto Litigation.
